Scotch: the Highlands (1st of 3-class series*)

The first session will concentrate on the Highlands: East, West, North, and Speyside, and the regional differences that will be high-lighted in the selection of Whiskeys that we will sample. We will also discuss the influence of rock, water, malt, air, proof, and distiller's art on the specific bottle produced.
