Scotch: Islay & Orkney (2nd of 3-class series*)

Class Two will focus on the Island Malts from Islay to The Orkney. Complexities abound and The Ocean, soil, and sea air become prominent as does the distiller's art. We will understand why an open bottle of Ardbeg or Laphroaig will send man and beast running from the tasting room.
