Pretty in Pink: Rosé Wines

We're here to prove to you that roses are GREAT. Put off by the pink? Get over it. Roses are delicious, complex, versatile with food, and dare I say it - great ALL YEAR ROUND! And they're NOT always sweet. Not just a summer wine, or something out of a box, fabulous roses are being made in virtually every wine-producing country. In this class, we'll show a whole spectrum of roses - different regions, weights, bone-dry ones, sweet ones, sparklers, blends, etc.

 

Heather Carbone from Kobrand will also be joining us and ending the class with a tasting of Croft Pink Port and sangria demo.

For all culinary center events after 6 PM, we ask that you park in the fenced-in lot behind the culinary center off of Prospect St.  You can enter the culinary center through the doors under the maroon awning.  If you park in the Main St lot, you will be asked to move your vehicle.
