Jason Collin - Chef

Jason Collin is a sous chef at Harvest restaurant in Harvard Square, Cambridge.  In 1998 he graduated from New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont.  He has been cooking in the Boston for almost seven years and has worked with such chefs as Geoff Gardner of Sel de la Terre, Barbara Lynch of No.9 Park and Michael Leviton of Lumiere.  Jason hopes to share good food and conversation about him, the restaurant or any cooking tips or topics you would like to talk about.
