Carroll Collins, Culinary Educator, Consultant

Carroll Collins is the owner of HELP ME COOK®, INC., offering culinary instruction for individuals and groups. She is the founder and editor of the online cooking magazine™, www.helpmecook.com, a resource for recipes, menus, entertaining ideas and cooking techniques.


As a culinary educator and consultant, Carroll has collaborated with several clients to develop and produce self-published cookbooks, including the award-winning Entertaining Newport Style for The Preservation Society of Newport County, RI, Under the Mohegan Sun for Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT, and Easy Ideas Appetizers for Princess House of Taunton, MA.


Carroll is a culinary instructor at the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) and a paid spokesperson for Shady Brook Farms® and Honeysuckle White® turkey brands.
She has trained at the Culinary Institute of America and is an active member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). She resides just north of Boston, Massachusetts.
