Irwin E. Thompson, Scotch Instructor

Dr. Thompson was born and raised in Scotland and is a graduate of the University of Glasgow. Now resident in Massachusetts, he returns to Scotland once or twice a year on tasting expeditions. He has personally visited the majority of active distilleries in search of the perfect Malt Whisky and is committed to continuing the search. He has been a Chevalier of the Boston Chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs since 1999.
