Esther Mulfelder, Culinary InstructorEsther graduated from Boston University Culinary Arts Program in May 2003, she learned by working with celebrities such as Jacque Pepin, Jody Adams (Rialto), Ana Sortun (Oliana’s), Jasper White (Summer Shack), Gordon Hamersley (Hamersley’s Bistro), Stan Frankentheler (Salamander) and Helen Chen (Joyce Chen Products).
She helped to create new salads recipes to promote a new salad dressing and demonstrated these recipes at multiple venues. She is now teaching culinary to students at Wellesley and Brookline Adult Schools Education. Esther is also a personal chef. Esther’s relationship with food began when she was a student in college in Barcelona, Spain helping her mother in her catering service during the summers. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in hotel management she worked for the past twelve years as a marketing consultant for Atlas Travel International in Milford, MA where she gave extensive presentations to corporate accounts. She is very comfortable speaking in front of an audience. She is eager to pass all her culinary knowledge in French, Spanish, Asian and Fusion cooking to students. |
