Enjoy a tasting in the private cellar of the luxurious Taj Hotel with Stefanie Korman of United Liquors, followed by a 3-course dinner in the Taj Cafe, featuring the following wines: Sterling Napa Merlot, Sterling Sauvignon Blanc, Sterling Rutherford Cabernet, Sterling Vintners Meritage, Sterling Vintners Riesling.
