Nestled on 18 acres between the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain, we feature the cuisine of the New England Culinary Institute, tennis, golf, hot air ballooning, and Vermont’s only Orvis®-endorsed fly fishing lodge.

 

Cook Academy, and the Chef-In-Training program, gives you the opportunity to enjoy a hands-on, interactive cooking demonstration in our state-of-the-art Culinary Theatre. One of our talented NECI chef instructors helps you master new techniques in this entertaining class, which enables you to prepare a sumptuous three-course meal. You will also enjoy tasting many of our fine wines during the Academy, completing the culinary experience.

 

We encourage you to find time for relaxation in our new full-service spa and salon. Designed to cater to your every need, the spa features the latest equipment and products coupled with ancient techniques to ensure you receive world-class treatment every time. We have stayed true to Vermont’s tradition and character, ensuring you receive professional attention from our experienced staff, along with the home-away-from-home feel that only we can offer.

 

For a total price of $800.00, we offer this exclusive package for Gordon’s customers:

  • Two nights stay for two in a deluxe double room
  • Chef in Training dinner paired with wines in Cook Academy
  • Deluxe continental breakfast Saturday morning in the casual Tavern
  • Sunday Brunch in Butler’s, our fine dining room
  • Full access to the Spa amenities, including lounge, fitness center, and pools
