Yvette Taylor (Queen of the Pantry) will walk you through making a traditional Peruvian Ceviche. Peruvian Cuisine is becoming increasingly popular with Lima climbing up the ranks as one of the world's top gastronomic foodie cities (Bon Appetit Magazine). So jump in with both hands and learn how to make this quick, simple and summery citrus-marinated Peruvian seafood dish while sipping a traditional Pisco Sour. For our second course we will be making meat, fish, and veggie tacos complimented by a sampling and presentation of different tequilas, piscos and rum by Chris Rose of Pernod Ricard who will also incorporate them into fun cocktails. Then you'll be able to try out your own taco building and cocktail shaking skills!
