Olé Restaurant Group’s Chef Erwin Ramos Treats Guests to A Menu Paired with Goose Island Craft Beer at Gordon’s Fine Wine & Liquors
Mexican food is spicy and full of flavor, and the rich and refreshing notes in a well-brewed beer can be the perfect accompaniment to create a fiesta on the taste buds. On Wednesday, May 30th, 2012 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM, Chef Erwin Ramos of Ole Restaurant Group will join Goose Island Beer Company at Gordon’s Fine Wine & Liquors in Waltham, MA for a specially paired, 4-course beer dinner.
Ramos, winner of several “Best of Boston” awards and an award for contributing to Mexican Gastronomy from the Ministry of Mexican Agriculture, is a true culinary pioneer, and has outdone himself to prepare a four-course menu of Mexican favorites with a twist, perfectly paired with food friendly craft beers from Goose Island Beer Company.
Founded in Chicago, IL in 1988, Goose Island Beer Company is an innovator and leader in craft brewing. Their dedication to creating beers that define styles, win awards and captivate the hearts, imaginations and palates of beer drinkers has grown the company from a local brewpub in the heart of Chicago to a popular national distributor. Guests will not want to miss this fusion of flavors as Ramos demonstrates his menu and they get to taste the results. At $40 per person, this is a meal not-to-be-missed!
